Salon Policies
- Pricing Notice: Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing, please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.
- Children Policy: We love doing children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and may be exposed to harmful products. Children under 10 not receiving services must be supervised at all times.
- Privacy Policy: Your information is used to improve service and send important or marketing messages. We never share it with third parties.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs, displaying inappropriate behavior, or posing a threat to staff/clients.
- Health & Safety: For the safety of all, please reschedule if you have a contagious infection. We may require masks or temperature checks if necessary.
- Gift Certificates: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen gift certificates are not redeemable.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're unhappy with your service, we will make necessary corrections within 3 days. No refunds after service is rendered.
- Service Guarantee: Enhancements, gel, and dip powder are guaranteed for 7 business days (excluding breakages). After that, repairs are $5+ per nail. Traditional polish is not guaranteed.
- Payment Policy: We do not accept deferred payments. Unpaid services will be considered theft and may be reported to authorities.
- Cellphone Use: Keep phones on vibrate and use hands-free. Avoid delays caused by distracted use during services.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, including cellphones.
